Noodle Kugel Recipe (Tapeworm Pudding)

  • 1/2 pound fettuccine

  • 1/2 cup of 1 stick of butter

  • 8 oz package of cream cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup milk

  • Corn flake crumbs

  • Cinnamon and Sugar

Boil and drain fettuccine. While noodles are boiling, melt butter in a separate bowl or pot, and beat cream cheese into it. Add eggs, sugar, and milk. Beat well.  Mix with noodles, place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 13X9 pan. Sprinkle with corn flake crumbs and lots of cinnamon and sugar. Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Kugel is done when mixture is set firmly. Serve with Whipped Cream on top. Kugel is delicious cold!
