Noah's Rainbow Jello

Noah’s Rainbow Jello

4 (3oz) packages of various colored Jello (the brighter the better)

       6 packages Knox Unflavored Gelatin

       1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk

This will be thick like jigglers (gelatin you can pick up with your fingers). Mix one package flavored Jello with one package of unflavored gelatin. Mix with 1 cup boiling water. Put in 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam or other non-stick spray.  Put into refrigerator to set until firm. Mix sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water. In a separate bowl mix 2 packages unflavored gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Add the milk concoction and mix well. Pour one cup of this mixture on top of the colored layer now set.

Continue layering with other colored jello and the milk gelatin in between each layer, refrigerating while making each new layer. If the milk mixture begins to set before you are finished with the layers, just place it in the microwave and give it 15-30 seconds to make it liquefied again.

Serve cold and you can always dollop whipped cream on each plate and put your rainbow on top!
