Faith Prayer

Without faith it is impossible to please God. One thing we must understand there is a "saving" faith that is necessary for salvation, but there is also a "gift" faith that accomplishes the Lord's will in other area's of lives as we believe Him at His Word. We are to pray according to the Lord's will. Our purpose is that He may be glorified in ALL things, both the good and the bad in our lives.  We come before Him trusting that EVERYTHING is Father filtered.

Scriptures to pray for the person:  

Romans 10:17  Lord I ask that you would increase the faith of ________ as they hear the Word of Christ. Lord find ways to bring Your Word into their life on a daily basis that they may be established in faith.  

John 20:31 Lord in Your word it says that Your Word was written that we might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing in Him we may have life in His name.  Lord please reveal to_____________ that it is Your written Word that we must be diligent in reading if we want to have faith and believe.  

Hebrews 11:6 Lord I ask that You would teach ___________ that without faith it is impossible to please You. For when ___________ comes to You, they must believe that You are, and that You are the Rewarder of those who seek You. Please increase their faith Lord as they seek You.  

Mark 9: 20 -24 Lord just as the boy with an unclean spirit had a father who came to You, but had trouble believing and said “If You can” and then cried out for You to help his unbelief, Lord I ask you do the same for _______________ as they are struggling with their faith in Your ability. Lord please help their unbelief and increase their faith in You that You may be glorified in the midst of their circumstances right now.  

Ephesians 6: 16 Lord I ask that You would give _____________ insight that they are to use the shield of faith You have given them to stop the fiery darts of the enemy and anytime their faith is lacking, it is because they let down their shield and the enemy is attacking them. Please restore the faith of ______________ and help them to see You as You truly are Lord so that they might see the spiritual warfare in their life and choose to be alert and use the armor You have given them.  

James 1:3, 4 Lord right now You alone know the depth of the valleys _________________ is going through. Lord I pray that during this testing of their faith You would produce endurance in them so that they may be perfect and complete lacking in nothing. Lord help them to fix their eyes upon You through all of this and help them to endure.  

Ephesians 2:8, 9 Lord, You said in Your word that grace, through faith is a gift. Lord I ask that You would bless ____________ with this wonderful gift of grace and faith.
